I got LuAnn Fabian’s name through my hairdresser’s client who had just completed a house remodel and was extremely happy with LuAnn’s work. Our original 1950’s house was taken down to the studs; a new house was built on the original footprint. With the collaboration of LuAnn & our architect, the house turned out to be a dream house came true. Although the entire process took exactly one year, LuAnn kept us on budget. She solved problems occurring during the construction in a timely manner. We depended on LuAnn’s interior decorating experience to help us finalize items to fit our taste and budget. One question that often asked by our family, friends & neighbors is “would you use LuAnn again as a general contractor if you had to do it all over again?” our answer without any hesitation is always “ABSOLUTELY’!
