LuAnn Development built a home for my family over the last year. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience then with LuAnn Fabian, the general contractor and owner. 

Her attention to detail, which is so necessary in the planning and building of a home, was unsurpassed. She helped in every step of the process, always perfect in knowing when to offer her experience and knowledge, but also, in not pushing her own opinions at the cost of our vision. 

LuAnn and her son, Dominic, who ran the job site on a day to day basis, were always in communication with us. They both made themselves available for anything that arose throughout the process, planned or unplanned. They were both problem solvers. Issues are inevitable during the building of a home, however, they were always handled expeditiously and thoroughly, making things as seamless as possible. 

Another great tool that LuAnn utilized in the building process was Microsoft Groove. She kept the entire construction job, permits, scheduling, budget, bills (both outstanding and paid), etc. in this program. It was a wonderful tool, because as the owner, we could go on daily to see the process of our build, even if we were unable to go to the job site in person. 

I can honestly recommend LuAnn Development without the slightest hesitation. Anyone looking for an all around great experience with home building should look no further! You will have a beautiful home, in a timely manner, within budget and your sanity intact! You can’t ask for more than that!
