LuAnn Fabian was our general contractor during an extensive remodel of our 3 bedroom/2 bath home in 2010. We knew LuAnn personally and hiring her was a no-brainer because we had already established a high level of trust and knew she was honest, had integrity and was good at communicating. We had seen some of the houses she had built and knew we were in good hands. Although the remodeling process can be stressful, LuAnn helped us to solve problems, made recommendations to keep us on budget and assisted in our understanding of the process as we went through it. The end result surpassed all of our expectations – our home turned out better than we could have anticipated. The quality of the work speaks for itself and the sub-contractors that work for LuAnn are excellent at their crafts. We’ve had few problems since moving in last year and if something came up, LuAnn and her team addressed it without hesitation. Most importantly, we have no regrets in any of the decisions we made during the remodel. With LuAnn’s thoughtful advice and input and adept project management – we ended up with a home that we love and are proud to share with family and friends.
