I’ve worked with several general contractors over time. Currently, LuAnn Development is our best client. She has a really good team of subcontractors that work very well together. LuAnn has the ability to help her clients with a vision, design and great follow through communicating with her contractors. She also has her son Dominic helping her oversee the job site as a job supervisor.

I think the jobs are done in a very timely manner. She, we and our clients have the same goals: to help our clients, schedule in order, and follow through at the end.  LuAnn is a pleasure to work with.
